Rotary Mc Dialog
Wrapped Output takes a flat toolpath and wraps it around a rotary (4th) axis, so it can be cut onto a cylinder such as a table leg or newel post.
Options
Diameter of Cylinder
The diameter of the cylinder you are machining. The dialog shows how many degrees your design wraps around a cylinder of that size.
Z Zero Position On Cylinder
Whether Z zero is set at the Surface of Cylinder or at the Center of Cylinder (the rotation axis).
Click OK to apply the wrapped output settings.
Tip
The diameter must be greater than zero before you can continue. The axis being wrapped and the units are set by the job and shown here for reference.
