Connect to Machine

Direct Output sends toolpaths straight from Spark to a connected CNC machine, without exporting and loading a file. The Connect step establishes that link: choose the serial port your controller is connected to and the baud rate it expects, then connect.

Once the connection is live, the remaining Direct Output steps — setting up the stock, positioning the sheet, selecting the tool and setting Z zero, and running the cut — become available.
