Makerspace Login

The Makerspace Login and Registration dialog allows users to sign in to the Makerspace Edition and also enables unregistered users to register on the spot by providing their email address.

Note: In the following documentation, we use the terms "registered" and "unregistered" users. These terms refer to the user's membership status within the Makerspace as defined by V&Co.

A registered user is a member of the Makerspace who has an existing account within the V&Co platform. Registered users have previously completed the necessary registration process with the Makerspace and have valid credentials to access the Makerspace Edition.

An unregistered user is someone who does not yet have an account with the Makerspace through V&Co. Unregistered users can register on the spot by providing their email address and following the registration process outlined in this documentation.

Please keep these distinctions in mind throughout the documentation to ensure a clear understanding of the terms used.

To access the User Login and Registration dialog:

1. Launch the Makerspace Edition software on your computer.
2. If you are not already logged in, the User Login and Registration dialog will automatically appear on your screen.

If you are a registered user, follow these steps to log in to the Makerspace Edition:

1. In the User Login and Registration dialog, click the "Login" or "Sign In" button.
2. Your default web browser will open and redirect you to the login page.
3. On the login page, enter your registered email address associated with the Makerspace Edition account.
4. Follow the instructions on the login page to complete the login process.
5. Once the login is successfully completed, return to the Makerspace Edition software, and you will be automatically logged in.

If you are an unregistered user and wish to register for the Makerspace Edition, follow these steps:

1. In the User Login and Registration dialog, choose the "Register" option
2. On the registration page, provide your email address in the designated field.
3. Follow the instructions on the registration page to complete the registration process.
4. Once the registration is successfully completed, return to the Makerspace Edition software and now use the login option to login
